Skainos is an urban regeneration project offering a wide range of hi-tech, low cost room hire and conference facilities in an award winning venue. Spaces include Auditorium, Community Hall, Montrose, Mountforde, Baskin Room and Roof Terrace

Easily accessible for voluntary and community organisations and others, Skainos is the ideal venue for conferences, functions, meetings and training courses. The meeting rooms at Skainos are fully-equipped and set within a contemporary modern energy efficient environment with ample on-street parking. They are suitable for interviews, meetings, functions and conferences as well as sporting, arts and cultural events. As a social enterprise all profits support the work of East Belfast Mission changing lives by offering a range of support services to those in our community who are in need.

There is limited parking on site which is available at the rear of Skainos, accessed via Montrose Street. Spaces cannot be guaranteed. There is ample on street car parking close to Skainos.
