We also work closely with local charities and community groups and can work with clients on the corporate social responsibility aspect of their event.

MayWe can offer the following conferencing support services:
• Management of registration desk to include registering delegate and accompanying persons, allocating name badges, preparing conference packs and providing all-round excellent client care
• Administration support in the lead up to and for the duration of the conference to include: management of invites, printing name badges,
• Transport management to include liaison with local travel companies
• Logistical support e.g. ordering delegate name badges, conference packs and anything else as required.
• Arrangement of tours for delegates and accompanying persons
• Provision of an excellent front of house team highly experienced in client care
• Organisation of unique social events and experiences that showcase what the city can offer
