Executive chef, Tolson, has travelled the length and breadth of Ireland catering for the country’s most prestigious guests, including Queen Elizabeth II and giant noteworthy corporations.
Head chef, Shaun, has worked in many top-end restaurants, and led a team who achieved Michelin Star recognition. Together they make a great team!
Angela, our front of house manager has organisational skills, second to none.
Jillian and Wioletta are office based and they will happily assist with any of your enquires.

Operating from a purpose built highly equipped kitchen, with an intimate tasting room, the premises also houses linen, crockery, glassware, and other playful serving accessories.

In addition to their collection, Posh Nosh Ireland has an event trailer which is perfect for corporate events, sporting occasions, film, TV catering, and festivals. An impressive trailblazer BBQ has also been added to their repertoire.
